Happy Birthday, FAS Community Resource Center!
The keynote address for presentation at the Arizona FASDAY bell ringing ceremony in Tucson on September 9, 2005 was intended to be about celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the founding of the FAS Community Resource Center. We will have balloons and birthday cake, but the speech will be about Helping New Orleans.
